Time seems to have flown by and an entire year full of new trends is coming to an end, but before we say farewell to 2013 let’s look back at some of my favorite looks from this year.
Snake
Animal jewelry has grown more and more popular this year, but nothing looked as intricate, strong, and chic as the snake-inspired pieces, such as the Thomas Farley Rose Gold Double Ring pictured here. This trend was seen everywhere and especially on celebrities like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.
Texture, Texture & More Texture
Anna Beck Jewelry like this Gold Cuff was huge this year. On top of the fact that these pieces just look cool, they are also handcrafted, so no piece is exactly like the other.
Mixing It Up
Having Silver and Gold together in one piece was probably my favorite trend this season. I love the classic look of gold paired with the modern sheen of silver, let alone the wonderful result of mixing the two together.
Oval Cut Engagements
They were unbelievably popular this year thanks to celebrities like Blake Lively and Jennifer Aniston’s engagements, and I have to say they make for one beautiful and absolutely timeless engagement ring.
